shipping

Yad Cheri, Inc. is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping in the United States.  We are however happy to work with international clients upon request. Please contact our customer service department to submit your request at contact@yadcheri.com and we will inform you about the shipping cost, expected delivery date and any information regarding your request.

We ship Monday to Friday. Please allow for 1-2 full working days to pick and pack your order. Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-10 business days. 

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, if you do not receive one, please email contact@yadcheri.com and let us know. ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to P.O. boxes, therefore a street address should be supplied.

return & exchange policy

Yad Cheri, Inc. happy to accept returns for a credit or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order of products that are of the same value as the original item less any original shipping cost. If you are not delighted with your purchase simply return the item in its original condition. We kindly ask that all tags and labels be attached and intact. Please include your receipt in your return parcel for returns and exchanges.

Please note that our fine jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges should the product purchased by the customer be returned used or damaged.

If an item shipped to you is defective or damaged, you must return the item within 5 days after receipt and notify us immediately at contact@yadcheri.com.  

discounted goods

All discounted goods are final sale. we do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted items.

sales tax

Yad Cheri, Inc. does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of New York, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.
