How long will the delivery take ?
Allow between three to ten business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

Our team will quote you an expedited shipping cost to meet your desired delivery date and address.
How do I track the delivery of my order ?
To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation.
If necessary, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department by telephone at (860) 469-5530 or via email at CONTACT@YADCHERI.COM, our team is available from 9:00am - 8:00pm ET on Weekdays and 10:00am - 6:00pm ET on Weekends. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
Where does YADCHERI.COM deliver ?
Goods purchased via this website may be delivered within United States and Internationally. Simply choose the correct country you would like your package to be shipped to. Yad Cheri, Inc. will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.
Could you deliver to a P.O. Box ?
Predominantly for security reasons, Yad Cheri, Inc. will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.
I am on a business trip, can you deliver to my hotel ?
We can indeed deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when you place your order so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.
Do you accept returns and exchanges ?
Yad Cheri, Inc. is happy to accept returns for a credit or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order of products that are of the same value as the original item less any original shipping cost. If you are not delighted with your purchase simply return the item in its original condition. We kindly ask that all tags and labels be attached and intact. Please include your receipt in your return parcel for returns and exchanges.
Please note that our fine jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you charge sales tax ?
Yad Cheri, Inc. does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of New York, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery and make sure that the shipment is imported by obeying the rules and regulations of the importing country.
